That is amazing 302 days not out is huge on your recovery path.

I set myself little rewards at the end of each month I hope you have something huge planned in a few months when you reach the first whole year on non gambling.

I think if I am lucky enough to reach 1 year I would have a street party and shout it from the roof tops x

Thanks Cheryl Steve and John xx

Good morning diary,

302 days today of keeping the addiction starved and no thoughts to gamble.

Felt a bit stressed and panicky as the day moved on yesterday, hence I was posting on here a lot lol.even woke up with a start and sweating at 3 this morning, due to a nightmare and immediately had guilt and panic feelings, like I had done something awful.

I have had these feelings before in my recovery, so I will just work through them, I don't have any urges so I don't know why I get them.

I don't know why a post I sent to ODAAT on her diiary ended up on a thread I was going to do in overcoming bit, but it was safely deleted at 3 ish this morning, but I did have the lovely company of ODAAT, Sandra and Jenilee, lol.ended up going back to sleep on the settee, so feeling quite foggy this morning HD.

Have arranged to meet a friend at lunchtime for coffee and chat, this should lift my mood, and give me POSITIVITY.

Wishing everyone a good, strong and positive gambling free day.

Suzanne xx
