Good morning diary,
337 days and it was great to hear from Scottyboy and that he has kept strong.
Also today the very LAST pay day loan (that was on OHs bank account) is now PAID OFF, Whoopie and HDs indeed, he does not now owe any money whatsoever for my gambling addiction, and that makes me feel sooo good. he was paying 164 a month for 12 months on this one (I took it out last April about 2 weeks before I stopped, so it was for a 1000 of which he has paid double back apart from say 20 quid, but it's gone finished now and he will be another 164 better off a month.
I can't explain how relieved I feel to have all my debts on his card now cleared. And this has only been possible through abstaining and maintaining and living on a very very very tight budget, just my long term debt now but am not going to increase my payments yet, on them, we deserve a breathing space lol.
Choice today simple abstaining and maintaining, and I really have no wish or desire to gamble, my life is going up too much now.
Running late for work but I am in such a good frame of mind today, I will make the most of it.
Wishing everyone a strong positive and happy gambling free day.

Huge well done on your continued recovery the fact the pdl is now paid too must be massive for you , the one thing I hated when gambing was the pdl companies ringing every pay day it was truly awful.
Recovery meant for the last few months I didn't have to worry about pdl because I had enough money through not gambling to deal with them.
