Good morning diary.

355 days of winning in every way,

Recovery really is a amazing journey, yes there are ups and downs on this roller coaster ride, but we just have to give it a good chance, give ourselves a good chance, because each and everyone one of us is truly worth it.

My choice today abstaining and maintaining one day at a time, and enjoying all the gifts that recovery gives me, and they don't cost even one single penny. HD

Wishing everyone a positive, strong and happy gambling free day.

Suzanne xx

Too right Steve recovery gives natural highs compared to the unnatural lows of gambling, one simple choice when you look at it lol.

Good morning diary,

355 days, life is good in recovery, hard work at times but GOOD. HDs indeed.

Going shopping with OH this morning for some holiday clothes, wow, it is possible to treat ourselves when committing 100% to recovery.

Need some new shorts, the ones I have got have well used the sell by date as they are at least 5 years old lol, and too big now.

Two new pairs of denim shorts and some nice teashirts are on the agenda, plus new trainers and teashirts for OH and can't forget doggie, so a new harness for her for the hols, and then off to sons for lunch, can't ask for a better gambling free Sunday really.

Wishing everyone a happy, and stress free gambling free Sunday.

Suzanne xx

Hey the blonde one..most people are counting up on their day count, not Suzanne you're counting down, you're now single figures away from that massive target..then you'll be a statistic...a member of the 5% club..keep winning by abstaining, maintaining and inspiring...OAU...Ginger x
