I am full of admiration for your 321 days gamble free. A wonderful achievement during which time you have put so much effort into helping your gamcare friends as well as instigating a thread offering advice and information to new members. On top of all that you run the Guru Challenge which offers support and has helped many on their journeys, including myself.

Facing up to and overcome gambling urges is a massive task. To battle daily with confusion, uncertainty and sorrow requires great courage, integrity and a lot of common sense. Only one who has tasted gambling addiction can truly understand the nature of this torment and the enormity of breaking free from it's influence.

Many of us embark on this journey with a desire to be gamble free. Full of hope and high expectations we follow the road to the freedom and the better life that beckons us. Sadly, some of us fall by the wayside but now and than a true champion appears who has what it takes to stick to the straight and narrow and make it through to the other side.
