Thanks for the post on my diary mate. I hope that like me you will now have a much better Christmas than what seemed likely a few weeks ago. I know that last Christmas was one of the best I had experienced for years because I had decided to stop--hopefully that will be repeated this year but hopefully next year will be good all year through as I am determined to not go back again.

Well thats it ..works finished till next Wed...now what do i do lol....

Just kidding..Really looking forward to Xmas this year..this is MY TIME, my chance to finally stop the talking and typing about yet another slip, relapse and move on to really making a difference in my life..

Thats what i'm focused on..And thats just what i'm aiming for.

Had a right crazy day at work, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong..it was just one of them days that i guess we all have from time to time..I actually found it quiet funny in the end when i started really thinking about it and ended up really enjoying it all going t**s up..( how strange is that)..

Anyway am off now for almost a week so just gonna chill and enjoy. going to prove to myself that i can have a good time without being some kind of zombie stuck in front of a machine, feeding coin after coin of my hard earned wages into someone elses pocket

Enough of all that..really...enough..

To anyone reading this, keep strong, keep focused..We can and we will beat this..
