Thank you for your kind words. I have been struggling hugely with my health recently which has meant I have been more isolated than usual and lost a friend to cancer last week hense my emotions have been on a razor edge. I have seen others on here express how I was feeling in a much more appropriate and sensitive way and I thank them. I am going to take some time to just breathe and accept that there are many different ways to cope with what life throws at us. Wish everyone a safe journey. xxx

Having a big bag full of them would be good Trouble is my bag has a big hole in it and my coping mechanisms keep falling out the bottom.
I don't know what its like to struggle with poor physical health. I should remember that next time I am thinking of gambling self-destruction. You have my healing thoughts. It can't be easy.

How are you keeping on? Soooo miss your wonderful posts it's unreal. Kinda brings life to the place... was reading my diary earlier (like ya do 😉 ) and your uplifting posts brought so many great memories back. Shame most of wonderful inspiring people has stopped posting :-/ ...but i guess such is life...we all move on in our own ways.. (i wonder when my time will come lol...been here for quite a while now)
