Having joined this site last week
Going on chat a few times
I have been recommended to start my own diary.
So here goes,
I started gambling in my late teens
Visiting casino's with my freind
That's when I started to play fruit machines, from there my addiction progressed And I litteraly now gamble on absolutely anything. Bookies, online, casino's, tracks
I have to admit gambling has me beaten, even a game of pool brings out my compulsive streak
I'm always determined to win at everything,
This is the first time I have told anyone about my addiction.
And will hopefully be where I leave it
I have to put it behind me now,
For me and my family's sake,
I will add more as the days go on, but for now this is my opener

I know it's hard to tell people try and build up the courage to do it on the future it was pivotal in helping me and you will see from others on here it's a big help to most. Sorry I don't want to tell you what to do just even give Gamcare a call and talk to them it's good to let it all out.
