I'm doing this to try and force myslef to stop this time, Im hardened gambler of 30 year, who has lost partners, houses and relationship with gambling yet every month despite best intentions I still continue to limit myself to basic lifesytle as gambling as tight grip on me.

So Since Christmas My Gambling has taken a real hold me, Ive been a severe addict for many years but have managed to find ways to limit the damage before then, since then I have had some large wins and bonuses which have turned out to be the worse the thing that has ever happened to me as it seems to lit a fire inside of me which means I can only really match that level of craving for the first 2 or 3 days after I get paid.
