Day 1 - 21/10/16

I came back

Day 1 completed. Feels weird after 5 weeks of continuous gambling that making it through a whole day seems a big deal

Day 3 - 23/10/16

Feels like the fog is lifting. Worked out my debt today. Feeling a little more positive

Day 4 - 24/10/16

Debt stands at £6558.10 hoping by staying gamble free i will get it down to £6000 or under by the end of the year. Think i am going to implement my 'rewards scheme' again too

Day 5 - 25/10/16

2 days until payday and a week gf i will be strong

Day 7 - 27/10/16

1 week gf and payday. So glad to be gf this payday not that i will have much money left but at least i can pay everything

Day 10 - 30/10/16
