Hi unfortunately I gamble today and yesterday yes I feel bad about it but I've changed things to make it harder for myself not to gamble I've changed my password on my bank account I don't know it and I need a password to make the payments so hopefully this will work for me this time round fingers crossed if any one got any tips or suggestions how I can stop gambling would be helpful I've got gamban on my phone my partner got my money I just need to get out of this habit of telling lies and tell what's true from now on and find new hobbies to do has well
It is online or in person gambling your doing ? I did both so I shredded my bank cards , my partner has all access to money and I’ve also got Gamban on my phone . It’s good to put all steps in place . Also sign up where you are banned from bookies / casinos
