Hello diary,

-Today I'm 84 days with no gambling but I don't feel great!! The reason I don't feel that I've actually accomplished 84 with no gambling is because I feel like I've been cheating. The last 2 weeks I've been playing roulette online but the free play option. Even though I've gambled no money im still playing. I need to stop that! From today I'm not playing that stupid game anymore, I've also been watching roulette videos on YouTube, that's got to stop to! The good part is that I've gambled no money at all which is the main issue with gambling. Only 16 days to hit 100 days! If I don't play any roulette free play games and I don't watch any YouTube videos I'm going to treat myself. Im fighting this battle without anyone around me knowing. My wife doesn't know, my family and friends don't know either. So on day 100 I'm going to go out for a few drinks in central on my own. Sounds sad but I feel that I need a few drinks and to think about the last 100 days and the different emotions I've felt. If the people around me knew I would have someone to talk to, but I haven't so it's a bar round for one 🙂

Hi Chris , I can't believe how far youv'e come doing all this on your own and TBO I don't think I would have fared as well , I think youv'e realised yourself that even playing for free could be a bit dangerous , so I'm not gonna give you a lecture as youv'e done what you need to do already .

84 day's is amazing my friend , just 16 more and I can welcome you to the century club , so c.r.ack on and I'll see you on the 22nd ! .

By the way as for drinking alone , I'm self employed so you should see my works do !!! LOL !

Take care buddy and big respect ................................Alan

Checking in on 88 days. Still have no real urges to go play the roulette machines. I feel so much more relaxed with some money in my account and with my 2k credit card Paid off. I really feel its the end of gambling for me, I keep thinking back over the last 16 years and I've realised what an idiot I've been. So much time and money wasted which I will never get back. Why could I not see this earlier!! So many relationships ruined, so many friends lost, makes me mad! 12 days left and I'm going to hit 100 days!! As as treat I've decided to buy myself something. Not sure what yet!

90 days woohoo!! Can't believe how quick it's gone. I'm so much better off financially. It's so strange having money left over at the end of the month. I feel free of this dirty habit, still no urged and I really hope it stays that way!!

Hi buddy and thanks for your post , look at you go on your 90 days ! Great achievement my friend you should be proud of yourself . Your right about hsving money left over and it does feel strange not having to scrape money up to pay for things anymore . It's funny that we think winning a bit betting will change our lives but truth is that we already had enough , just didn't realise it egh? . Have a great day my friend and deep respect .......... Alan
