Hi all,

I am on my 7th day G-Free and I am feeling very good. I have had some thoughts on betting on football, especially during the weekend as there are tons of matches, but my promise and commitment to all of you here and primarily to myself of course, kept me clean.

I am focusing on my self-growth, my business material, as well as socialising.

Keep all strong, lots of strength and love!

Hi all.

I am 24 days gamble-free and never felt better about this.

I have realised that also my stress levels have reduced, due to the absence of gambling. However, the last few days I had some urgent expenses that I needed to sort out, and could not get my head around the timing that these showed up (before Christmas period). At some point, I really felt the urge to gamble (thinking naively that I could make a quick win and make up for my additional expenses), but I instantly blocked this thought and kept to my promise to be gamble-free.

The most ironic thing about it, is that my expenses amount is not that big, considering all the losses I had endured in the past whilst gambling!

That whole thing was a reminder, that we might be on a great gamble-free journey, but when we are vulnerable, the gamble thought will eventually show up! That is when we need to be even stronger!
