Well done keep up the good work but don’t get complacent.As soon as we think we’re doing well then the spectre of gambling will raise its head.There will be thoughts of “go on just have a little bet you can control it” or “you’ve earned it you can get a win and set yourself up” but of course as compulsive gamblers we can’t go back because no matter how much we win it’s not enough.The winning isn’t the issue it’s the buzz of playing and even losing,it’s the hormones that get released when we’re placing a bet that makes us feel alive.The only time we win is when we stop so please don’t go back.Dont let the thoughts win keep going your doing great! Let’s try and get to a nice target of gf days how about 50 for starters?

yesterday i got payout from my job,
and in my head there was like "devil" who said "deposit to casino and go play some games, just some"
but then i told to him "f**k off" and now i am happy. i didint gambled
