Checking in and cannot believe i am 29 days gambling free and i feel fantastic! I feel for first time i am free and i have seen the gambling for what it is, i have had so many postives sincr stopped my depression has lifted, mpre time with family and friends, not gambled a penny of my wages and despite my wages been in my bank NO temptation and just relief from been free. I have paid some of my debt off and joined gym. Really feel energetic and motivated. This time i feel different toward stopping from all the pther times and i KNOW i am only one bet from gambling into the madness again. All i have to do is stay away from the first bet. what a diffrence life makes in 29 days!!!!! I cam honestly say i have no urges, there has been some occasions when i think of debt i will get a fleeting thought but i laugh at this and think its just a thought and it will go. For first time i am making plans and going on holiday with family and being the best mum i can be!! Gambling is a BIG FAT LIE..
