Twenty odd poeople aged between 60 and 80 !
Between them they keep a village bus operating twice a week ....taking around two people to town on each occasion...for roughly a two hour visit !
Quite how they can spend four hours here for there agm is beyond me...but...good on them I say....there happy doing it....and I'm happy to priovide a warm cosy place for them to do so...
Not my most profitable event...probs in region of twenty quid ....good job I don't aim to draw an hourly rate lol

Dear Diary :)).

It's been a while and once again I look back on aweek where I've had far too much time on my hand's to which my outburst's at times on the forum this week bere testament to :((

I promise myself that I'm not going to get involved with thing's on here and just stick to "Sensible stuff " whatever that is in our mixed up gambling world ? but when the " Gauntlet's" thrown down , then there I am wading in all gun's blazing , particularly upset with the whole " Manchester atrocity's " this week as are most decent human being's but just one or two silly comment's on here really got my goat but such is life , I meet them in 3d so why not here ? .

Recovery from my op's going really well and starting to walk without Crutches a little which is great , still have another 2 months off before going back to work which sound's great but is something I'm finding really strange , although I'm finding job's to get on with which is helping to relieve the bordom .

I have a good weekend to look forward to as my daughters holding a BBQ tommorow where all the family will be gathering , My son's coming back up from Bournmouth and as I've not seen him since February it will be a nice catch up , he's also bringing his first serious girlfriend up to meet the family ( poor girl ) , so I'm looking forward to meeting her especially ( note to self , take some embarrasing photo's of my son along ) .

The foster kid's are all doing well and were still moving toward the 2 youngest being adopted by a lovely couple during the summer , It's going to be strange for them and us alike although for different reason's but it's all about a new chapter begining for all concerned but still lot's of meetings and paperwork to be done before then .

Making plan's with my partner to give up my job and work with her more on the fostering , it's something I'm looking forward to so weve set out a 2 yr plan to allow for me to decide what I want to do with my business , either let it out or sell up completely ? , there's a case for both arguments but it wont happen overnight hence the 2 yr timescale .

Feeling a little tired today to be honest , I woke last night thinking my luck had changed as sexually I've been on " Bread and Water " for six weeks since my op :(( , Only to find it was my little Patterdale terrier doing all the Kissing and panting because the " Thunder " terrifies her as she's got older , so I had to take her downstairs and sleep on the couch with her with the TV on ? (Thing's we do for our pets eh ) ???.

Anyway , still gamble free and still dealing with life :)) xx

I've just not had time to be active in here much lately....
Pubs buzzing and pushing me to my max...but im happy with that...just have to allow more time to get jobs done...my age...you understand ! and halfterm means lots of nanny duties...requested and offered ! but ...I wouldn't have it any other way.....
So all in all....life's bubling along just fine....hiccups ...Will come and go...but I'll deal with them...
Myself...no help needed from those selfish slots...
