Mood is currently good
Came up with a little idea this week I opened a savings account linked with my usual account. The idea is to put token amounts when ever I get the urge to gamble. As my gambaling was always done with my pocket money it won't really be missed but it will be nice to see what my urges had I followed through with them will work out to by say next year. So far this week I've put 10 grand in (joke) but for me to do it honestly I have to put what ever pocket money I have left when said urge arises. As that would of been what I would generally spend.

Since my last relapse I've been spending a grand total of 5 pounds per week.
Some 1 percent of what I was going through per week when I signed up to this site 13 months back. Crazy?

All presents are tagged and bagged ready to go to the north pole. Even the food is all pre ordered.

I can take my foot of the gas and enjoy the festive period.

Wow Deano 88 days you should be so proud and you have xmas all sorted, I'm impressed. Whilst I have quite a few presents I haven't wrapped them, I hate that part if I'm honest. Glad your mood has lifted, it's not nice when your feeling low and it can be hard to shake off. I'm still not really getting gambling urges which spooks me a bit because I read how many people do, I'm fighting the craving for a ciggy really and I gave them up in March 2015, I'm not going to have one because I know that would be like the gambling you have to stop completely and just one ciggy would lead to another etc., goes to show you have to be on your guard all the time. I'm a bit worried about Alan he's not been on here for a few days. Did you get a replacement motor? How's th fitness going? Be interesting to see how much money you have saved, you must update us. Orange chips are off the menu at the mo, got a few more pounds to loose for my xmas party dress but they will be back on for my 100th day on the 5th Jan . Speak soon and keep smiling and being gf X

Hi Deano thank you for checking up on me :)) just read anons post and hear you've been a bit down? It's not nice and you never know when it'll hit you either do you. Wish I had sage words of advice but I really don't know myself apart from being really good to yourself when you get low, treats or something until it passes. Your days are clocking up hun! Hope your proud of yourself you should be :). Just a thought though will you still be using the pink headphones and pink phone case when you get your own running machine lol if so why not go all out and get pink shorts, socks etc lol I have visions again lol take care hun Lu xx

Deano I have to get in before Alan, I'm sending you some pink leg warmers to go with your other pink bits and bobs! WIth regards to the vape, I used them to pack the ciggys in to start with then got off them after a couple of months, I found they left me with a dry mouth but served their purpose. I'm the opposite with regards to the smell of cigarettes since packing them in, whilst I have the urges now the smell of them make me cringe. Have a good week end and stay gf X

Morning and thank you for my post. Well done to you too on your gf days. WIth regards to money, if I'd have still been gambling by this time I would have given them at least another 2000 and took out another payday loan, instead whilst being gf Ive paid 4 payday loans off, bought the majority of xmas presents, saved a little and still done a lot more then if I'd been gambling. THat is one of the things that is motivating me, but mostly how much better I feel and the time I'm spending with friends and family, I mean really there in both body and mind as over the last few years I may have been at the party in body but my mind was thinking I need to get back and fire th lap top up and try and win some money. How sad it seems now but I like to reflect on it occasionally to keep me focused x have a fab week Deano, did you get your pink cyber leg warmers I sent you x
