I can empathise with being twin colored though Bud , I wear short sleeves even in the depths of winter but the rest of me is just like an " Albino " but that being said this year with all the time off I'm going a nice shade of Brown Cedar ( I think that's a color ?) but when I go back to work early August It'll back to relying on the Chip Range for my Tan :)) .
I'm impressed with yer weight loss though mate , that's brilliant and you must be well chuffed but must be a bit of a bu.mmer on site with a red face and arm's and white everything else , you must resemble a " Swan vesta " LOL :)) , bleedin Health and safety eh mate ! .
As for the kids thanks for asking their all ok but in about 2 weeks the adoption goes ahead for the two youngest , luckily their both going with the same couple and seem quite chilled about it but we'll see on the day , their a lovely couple so were hoping for good things :)) , our eldest who has learning difficulties we'll stay with us ( at least till he's 16 anyway ) and start's a new school in Sept , which will be more geared up to his needs :)) . The only thing that's hacked us off is the fact that their parents are now having another child , which will be taken off of them as soon as it's born ? I just really can't get my head around people sometimes when they have kids like buying a Goldfish at the pet shop !!!!.
I'm recovering well from the Op but obviously have to go through it all again next year but at least I've one hip that doesn't hurt now but the boredom has really got to me lately so I'm replaceing all the Bathroom at the mo, although that just started with a water leak from the shower :((

Spartan day today. There's a somber mood on the forum this week. It's heartbreaking to read the stories sometimes. Some have the words someone please help me but the sad truth is you can't. Addiction can only be fought and won by yourself. I learned early on that the triangle and such wasn't going to help me. That being I didn't ever before so why would it now? You can't run and hide from addiction. The industry is to wide open now for you to avoid the adverts the free bets he's won this and she won that. You just have to learn to see it for what it is . If you've found yourself on this site somehow, you're passed the days of having a "fun" bet.
A lot of people will say "will I feel like this forever "
No it gets easier over time but for it to get easier you have to keep evolving. If you're life becomes monotonous whilst stopping it's a sign of not doing enough there's endless amounts of changes you can make to your life so why settle for one that makes you unhappy.
I'm bold enough to say I'm no longer addicted to gambling but I'm not stupid enough to turn my cheek and think it's over it never will be . But I can live with the fact that I can never gamble again and that's on anything. But the improvements I've had to my life in the last 10 months it would be crazy to go back to my old ways.
So today I've had a little celebration and reward for the hard work and taken the family on a pre holiday shopping trip. The bill was eye watering but there's worse things I've spent my money on . It feels special to be going this year , I've spent the the biggest part of my life overweight not massively but touching 16 stone . And I've worked my heart out to get myself to 12.9 I can't describe how good it felt to see me in new clothes and actually liking the person who stares back. To see my family happily shopping away and just being there with them instead of in a zombie like state was the topping on the cake.
