20 days gf put all blocks in place felt so much better , on the right direction to getting my life back on track take about 12 months to get rid of debts but actually feeling much better best thing I did self excluding x
Well done spend!  It’s a very liberating feeling when you get to the mindset you’re in.
the most important thing to do now is maintain it and those 12 months will go in no time.
keep the end goal in mind and keep strong and positive.  Keep posting and  always remember we’ve all got your backÂ

By not gambling I do not have to lie so much.
Yet I wanted to understand why I gambled.
I gambled to escape in my fears when I could not cope with people life and situations.
Sadly by gambling I just made things much worse.
By me gambling I caused myself more and more pains.
Today I do not want to hurt myself or other.
