Great to read that things are going well. You are excelling at work and you and your daughter are doing just great. Didn't I always say you were destined for greatness.

Ex in Scotland this week so got daughter all week , had to juggle all my shifts at work to fit round school so again another full on week , at the moment there's just not enough time mainly due to having to put more hours in at work and the rest of my time is giving my daughter the attention she so much deserves , which is leaving very little time for myself this I don't mind as it takes the boredom factor away which was always a problem for me for gambling , I still plan my days take only what I need out with me , my last relapse still in my mind keeps me from complacency

I look back now at my last relapse and what scared me the most was the loss of control been taken over by someone possessed and not been able to do anything bout it , this came as a result of a bad day right from the start with everything goin wrong that could , but I learned from it and put steps in place to stop it from happening again , this would work from a financial point of view but the loss of control is whats important to me , I don't want to feel like that ever again , I know its in me to and always will be and thats something never to forget

So no matter how busy my life is I will always find the time for this site sometimes it may be as not as much as I previously needed but that surely is a positive ? But I owe this site and the wonderful people on it everything as I wouldn't be the person I am now as where and who I was a year ago

Today I will enjoy I will deal with tomorrow when it comes

Fantastic post castle and lots for me to take away. It never ceases to amaze me the power of this site and the people on it.

Together we learn, change and grow as people and that is a truely special thing.

You put back what you get out of this site as well castle and I hope you take some more pride to add to that ever growing toolbox of life.

Just to say thank you soooo much for your kindness and you are right ,we are all this together ...and we are not letting that demon take our spirits again...

Stress stress , not good at the moment as car failed mot cost 115 to put that right , then next day got a letter from solicitor saying its gonna cost me another 200 for divorce , this is a real bitter pill to take as bout a month ago they said I'd av bout 200 quid left from what I previously paid , this is money I av not got so goin to av to speak to parents to borrow some more which I'm sure they will but really don't like asking

So trying to hold it all together for now just dealing with what I can and fighting with everything I av to see this through

Just a small setback financially although it feels big and asking for help is something i think we all have to learn on this site.....

I understand also how something that comes out of the blue like car repairs can throw you for a loop...

Getting to grips with everything and accepting what's happened , to be honest was feeling a little bit sorry for myself its not the end of the world just another knock on my journey

Been working today just finished a ten hour shift but goin back in for a few more hours due to sickness , perks of the job it was our xmas do tonite as well so cud not get no cover it was only across the road so will call in after for one drink but driving and back on in mornin

Work keeps me busy and thats what I need at the moment , not got my daughter tonite but having her tomorrow nite instead so thats something to look forward to

Still one day at a time no thoughts of further than that just get through each day for now and ride the storm
