its been 153 days since my last gamble, im doing well im going to gamblers anonymous tonight which is helping me a lot.
its been 157 days since my last gamble, im doing well, no thoughts of gambling its been over 5 months now.

159 days since my last gamble im doing well, I just need to get back to work im feeling really depressed not working and staying at home.
162 days since my last gamble over 5 months I need to loose weight im eating chicken salads I went to slimming world on Tuesday and I stayed the same weight I really want to loose a few pounds next Tuesday.
its been 165 days since my last gamble im doing well and I have an interview Tuesday for a part time carer job in a care home.
Its been 166 days since my last gamble, im doing really well ive got my interview tomorrow for a part time position as a carer in a care home.
its been 169 days since my last gamble im doing well, nearly 6months half a year without gambling
im still not working and im getting depressed at home not doing anything I went step aerobics last night I need to loose 2 stone. I lost a pound at slimming world on Tuesday and ive lost my stone which im pleased about.
its been 170 days since my last gamble, im doing well shall nearly be 6 months half a year which has flown by.
its been 173 days since I last gambled, im doing really well just 7 days since I ve reached 6 months.

its been 177 days since my last gamble,im doing well I no longer want to win money I just want to earn money and buy nice things I want a nice new car and go on nice holidays.i could of had all of these things if I had not gambled still I cant change the past I can only make the future brighter.
