The first day went easy, perhaps because I didn’t have cash. Today, it’s only 10:00 AM, and I feel the dark gambling cloud over me. It doesn’t help that I have a coworker talking about matches throughout the day and asking what time I'm going to the bookies, who also has a gambling problem."

perhaps telling your co worker that you have stopped gambling and explain the reason why .if they are a true friend they will desist.if they keep on trying to tempt you back then maybe they want you to fail to.make themselfs feel better always best to ditch them if this happens as they don't have your best interests at heart
