You've been a great help to me in the long 10 days since I came on here. Just wanted to wish you a peaceful Xmas and a happy new year.

Whatever you're doing is working and so great to hear others in the same position describing a dislike of even thinking about gambling.

43 days without a bet. Didn't honestly think it was possible to feel the way I feel.

Inspired, rejuvenated, more honest, more motivated, happier, more confident. The list just goes on. 43 days of reflection and acceptance that I cannot and never will win from gambling. I have lost the will to try to win from gambling and I do not say that lightly. I am always aware there may be a potential banana skin round every life corner I turn, trying to suck me back in but I am in a very different place now where my old weakness is now my strength. I have accepted defeat in the pursuit of happiness through gambling. It is NOT entertainment to me in any way.

Just finished work so need to sleep but as always I will log in again later and be inspired by you amazing people. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
