Off work today looking after my daughter. Hopefully the weather will improve so we can go out and about for a couple of hours later. No gambling thoughts but as always just focusing on today.

Off work again today, spending it looking after my daughter again. We had a good day together yesterday so hopefully more fun today.

Back to work today. Not looking forward to it but only one day then off until Tuesday. Also its pay day tomorrow which is good because I'm almost out of money. Obviously need to be mindful though that the money coming in might trigger some gambling urges.

Off work today until Tues for the bank holiday. Going to my daughters baby group today with her & her mum. Hopefully then just a chilled out long weekend. Looking forward to watching the football tonight without any bets. Got paid today, but no real urges to gamble. As always though not taking anything for granted.

Hoping for a relaxed Saturday today. Going out for breakfast shortly, but after that no real plans. Relaxed & stress free is how I want my new gamble free life.

Checking in after the Mayweather v McGregor fight. Followed it on Twitter, & seemed like a good fight. Pleased to say no money on it though. Enjoying sport without a bet is hard, but I use to love it as a child so just need to get my brain back to that state. The only way to do that of course is to not gamble, & as time passes I'll gradually switch back to that mode.

Feeling down today. Had an argument with the wife yesterday, & it's made me feel depressed. Today's a new day, so hopefully we'll put it behind us & move on. On a positive note no thoughts of gambling though.

Argument now forgotten, & everyone is back to normal. Back to work today after 4 days off. No motivation for work, but obviously I have to go. No thoughts of gambling at the moment.

Just woke up for the start of a lazy Sunday. Probably going to cut the grass weather permitting, but apart from that no chores planned. No real thoughts about gambling, but always vigilant.

Monday morning & back to work for another week. Going to be busy today, but should hopefully have a more straightforward week after that. No real gambling urges at the moment but they are always lurking in the darkness waiting for me to take my guard down.
