Well..tnx 4 the support...I have some good news I had a lot of cash in my hand today after selling my car and I had an arguement with my partner...I stormed out and the bookies is just on the corner next to the bank ..I got exited at the thought of all those games that YOU NEVER WIN ON!!!..it was a split second choice to resist and I placed all of the cash into my account..I hope that i can keep it there?.....

This is day one for me I really dont know yet how hard it will be since it has only been a few hours since i have gambled. Tonight I have to go to work and the keno is so easy to play while working. I think if we all work toghether we can be successful. So i will be seeing all tomarrow we can do it

I have been naughty today I actually went into bookies to count my money then left? I think that was a silly move and I would not have been able 2 do it if i WAS SELF EXCLUDED!! so I think I will see how it goes...and steer clear for now ....tnx for the support...all i keep saying to myself is the famous motto.....I CANNOT WIN BECAUSE I CANNOT STOP... it is making me feel much better about myself..now I have you guys ...THANK YOU!...early days...but together we are STRONG!!

Must admit I have not been into the bookies since the day I stopped for I fear that I would be tempted. This shows how strong you have become in just a few days.If you keep your wits about you and watch out for all the temptations that will come your way you should be able to beat this thing.
