saturday afternoon at the bookies (lost souls)

WE HAVE MET BUT WE NEVER SPOKE

DOING NOTHING BUT WERE BUSY

PLAYING A GAME THAT WE NEVER LIKED

THROUGHOUT THE MORNING & THROUGH

THE NIGHT

THINKIN OF GIVING BUT ON THE TAKE

YOU MAY OR MAY NOT LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES

ESPECIALLY WITH FASLE FRIENDS OR SILLY MATES

A SPLIT PERSONALITY WILL HIGHER THE STAKES

CUT YOUR LOSSES & TURN A LEAF

YOUR GOALS YOU WILL REACH

BITTER OR SWEET

LIFE WILL BE

WITHOUT A GAMBLE YOU SURELY WILL BE FREE!

Morning Fast

Dont take your eye off the ball, once a gambler, always a gambler, but happily inactive.

Hey mate, good to see you're still gamble free and getting creative! After all, bored s@itless with money to burn is better than sore and bitless with money all burnt.

Cheers

Hi Dervkidd

Thought I would give you a booster post to stop you moaning about not getting any posts!! Do you need an arm around your shoulder? Took a leaf out of your book today....walked past a bookies and visualized myself smashing it up with an axe...very satisfying! Excluding them from my mind! All the best chap Russ

tnx winning post, Seanostars, leedso and Evanru..lol...I like the bit about smashing up the bookies..Although we all just have to walk away without a word when we lose...imagine the psychological damage it does to our brain....have you ever heard of..Psychoneuroimmunology?..well I have and it is the connection we make from the environment to our brains and the brain then sends the message to our immune sytsems through neuro peptides & then you can guess what happens after that (diseased states, especially after you braffed every penny day in and day out)....The secret to good health is BE RICH!!...(that is a famous quote by the way).

Anyway, no more academic cr@P just stay strong!

Fast Life £.

Thanks for taking the time out to post on my diary. You are very right, it is all in the mind. Just as it is in boxing, it is the same in nearly every other sport where pyschology is a major factor? If I can beat my cg on my own then I would prefer it that way. As I would then be able to say that I had done it all myself. But now realising that even if i think I am big and strong enough to win the fight of being a cg, on my own. Then I might need some help.

All the best

RayG

Tnx for the post Ray...Good diary that you have.. I wish that I'd done something like that in mine..Because it drags a bit at times..good thinking to relate it to fighting! ....... I suppose this horrible habit of ours is certainly not just going to disappear on its own....Although for now we have it "cornered".

Dervkidd.....your diary is quality. Although you've gone a bit 'academic' recently! I like all your crazy posts about smashing things up! I'm totally with you on the mind stuff. I used it in vegas to great effect. The nasty little dealers had devil horns on them! Keep it up FastLife.
