Have just read through your last posts. Great to see you doing so well. Keep going. If you think about lapsing or even if you do come back straight away...but I think you are now on a winning run - every day you don't gamble. I'm going to get some green tea...

Stay strong!! Don't do what I did! You're right, it's your hard earned money and they don't deserve a penny. Stay strong and busy, if the thought even enters your head come on here, remind yourself of all your hard work. You'll feel great tomorrow waking up with it all still in your account 🙂

We can do this!!

Keep going, don't be tempted to make a little extra until next pay day by giving in. You're winning already! 🙂

Stay strong

Hey,

25 days of being gamble free is not progress down the drain, it's progress you have made, don't be too hard on yourself,

Pick yourself straight back up and carry on, every slip is a learning curb, so that is progress too,

Keep going and never give up on giving up, you can do this, 25 days has not been wasted.

Suzanne is so right. 25 days is a big achievement and you shouldn't be too hard on yourself. I had the same slip on payday and believe me when I say it was the worst one I have ever had. But it's nearly a week later and I'm still here, surviving. Focus on whatever positive you can find rather than feeling ashamed as that won't help you now.

Don't give up on giving up and get some blocks in palace to manage urges next payday.

You can totally smash that 25 day record starting from today! 🙂

Hi NML hope you are alright? Noticed your counter was on 1 day.All ok? I am so glad you came back to the site. I know how you are feeling but each time you try to stop I am sure you will be stronger. I know you feel low now but it will pass and you can start again on the long hazardous road to recovery. You can't win because you can't stop. That's what makes us problem gamblers. Don't give up.

Thanks down and out, I have constant money worries these last few days, trying to figure out how I can replace money I lost to pay for my rent and I can't get a loan because bad credit im already in arrears and had arranged payment plan with landlord this month, I'm up s**t creek at the moment. And it all comes down to gambling.

Don't know what to do there's only so many chances a person can get and I'm sure blowing them.

Hope your well down and out.

No more losing

Yes I know that feeling it constantly eats you up. I can't get payday loans anymore which in the longer term is definitely a good thing. Us gamblers no how to survive and you will. The problem is when you next have money. Remember this feeling and even if life is rubbish don't give in because you know gambling will only make it worse. This is what I'm telling myself at the moment and it is helping me. Gambling can be a way to escape or to avoid life or through boredom and emptyness. Whichever is your trigger keep focused and keep the consequences in mind at all times. Keep going.
