Day 45 still gamble free urges still there though just need to stay strong, thanks for the kind messages and suzy best thing you did was come back on here we have done it before and we can do it again one day at a time

Day 60 need to keep updating my diary need to remember to keep this under control I cannot win because I can not stop , remember the triangle rule

Day 67, stay focused and don't gamble, its really not worth it, enjoy life and dont get depressed chasing your money

Day 0 I have been really stupid lost 200 pounds need to start again and just never have cash on me because I can't trust myself

Hi John. Sorry to hear that but don't chase it. It's done now and cannot be undone. Was it payday? Like you said no more carrying cash, it's too high risk. You reset you counter quickly so it's a slip and not a binge. You can do this! Suzy

day 1 must stay gamble free no access to money today need to make sure i do that every single day, remember the triangle rule update this diary every day and if i ever get tempted i need to look here before doing anything
