Day 13 I can not win beacause I can not stop , keep it simple keep the Barriers in place

The Barriers are there to help me help myself.
The Barriers are there to stop me causing myself and others further pains and suffering.
Once I am able to abstain then the work starts to exchange unhealthy habits in to healthy habits.
As my actions and words become healthier I m able to get clarity and focus in my life.
By me being more productive I start to build up my confidence and fear reduces so I do not feel so susceptible.
For me as an addict going back to gambling undermines me and I start to self destruct myself.
The money was only the fuel to a destructive pattern of behaviour.
Please look after your self and do not give in when you are feeling emotionally vulnerable.
The time and effort you put in to your recovery is self rewarding over time.
Please stay connected to like minded people.

Day 32 gamble free long may it continue
Right after 71 days had a relapse and lost 110 time to leave cards and money at home so I don’t have access again
Day 2 come on no gambling and stay strong
Day 5 urges come and go stay strong and come on here when the urges come
Day 8 no gambling again today I cannot win because I cannot stop

8 days clean of gambling is clean tiem that can not be lost.
If you stick with the recovery program you can achieve so much more with your life.
From very small acorns big trees grow.
Stick with your recovery you are worth it.
Living life with healed pains and fears reduced is so precious.

Day 16 urges still there but have to it act on them , remember what can happen

It is useful to have a meeting telephone list so you can share with some one if you feel vulnerable.
