Day 1 no chance of gambling as I have no money or access to money keep it that way every day and you won't be tempted,
Day 2 of no gambling need to update this every day , I can not win because I can not stop ,remember the triangle
Day 3 need to update this every day, no gambling today ,
Day 4 no access to money today so can't gamble, need to keep it that way no point giving myself the temptation
Day 7 no gambling still, never forgot the pain it causes me and never do it again it is not enjoyable and you can lose everything
Day 9 never gamble again don't give in to temptation and don't ever have access to money
Day 11 never gamble again , never waste money and be miserable
Day 25 never forget the pain gambling causes never gamble again

Day 39 still getting those urges ! Must not gamble it's never just a few pound stay strong and don't gamble enjoy the greatvlife I've got
