Think it just shows how difficult a task we face. Of the original 12 already we've lost some. I've been through the initial few weeks a few times before and they are definitely the hardest. Hang in there guys and for those that haven't followed hopefully they are not back gambling 🙁 Even if they are - stop again and come back in! Triangle - do whats best for you, if need break away from here do so, just don't let the demons get better of you - I know as its happened to me during past recoveries and I hate myself for it. This time though I am not going back to gambling.

Hi All

Although I haven't checked in I am still gamble free (17 days and counting). Work has been very hectic which is a good thing as it keeps my mind focused and away from the evils of gambling.

Holiday coming up in 2 weeks so will check in between now and then a few times and hopefully whilst on holiday too.

Another gamble free week taking my days gamble free to 24. Feeling great and at the moment not missing having a gamble.

Being able to watch football/cricket etc without hoping for a goal or wicket to not lose money is great. I almost forgot what it felt like to just simply watch sport.

Here's to another week free of gambling.
