fella each time i read your diary i feel compelled to tell you what a fantastic thing you are doing by abstaining from gambling. my friend you are 20 weeks in a better place and i know for you this will continue, i hope with time you enjoy your recovery more and fella dont be too hard on yourself you each day are making the right choice foryou.

Thanks Dunc for your kind words.

Staying strong and positive.

Didn't make GA on Thursday as family came first.

Hopefully i'll make next week's meeting.

I can't always find time to attend as really busy with family which is important to me-making happy memories!!!

Great to have this forum and diary gage which keeps me focussed so thanks everyone.

Yes there has been a big improvement in many aspects of my life although i'm still on a roller coaster emotionally wise from time to time.

Feeling ok today though
