Being busy at work is good.

As long as you give yourself little treats when you get the time to yourself.

Even if it's a packet of the poshest crisps, it's still a treat!

Thanks NT, i had a couple of beers!!!

Watched Lewis last night, one of my favourite shows, it was about a compulsive gambler!!

It's EVERYWHERE !!!!!!

Pretty much as yesyerday.

Discussed a few aspects of compulsive gambling with my partner.

She is still obviously shaken by the whole sorry deal but is trying to understand and cope with the fall-out.

Made GA last night having missed the last 3.

It was fine but felt a bit out of the loop.

Hi just read ur first day an you dun brill I see ? As it been difficult. I'm only on day 2. u say u attended G.A. cud u tell,me do u read prayer book at these meetings. I attended one meeting bout 12yes ago an,had do a reading from like a little prayer book an it sort of put me off a bit, seemed very religious. Now don't know if that was jus my meeting or all like that. But it put,me off. Wide like try again as I need all help I can get but a bit nervous after last time

I remove pretty much all 3!
