Day 498

After our lovely family holiday thoughts now turn to next year's holiday.

Saving up over the next year to pay for it. It will be hard as I've still to pay off some gambling debt. One thing is for sure I'll not be hoping for that lucky spin to pay for it.

Catching up with some diaries I've noticed that one member here did "get lucky" and paid of his debts. Well done to him but me, I'll be in the middle lane, doing what I can and making the right choices to ensure I stay away from this horrid compulsion

Gazza.

Fella stand up and take a bow!!!!

500 days gamble free, a time in which you have made huge changes to your life and that of those around you.

500 days ago your world was a terrible mess caused by the compulsion to gamble, you faced up to it and 500 days on the results are plain to see.

Fella I salute you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Duncs stepping forward never back.

Day 501 and 502

501....loved the jeans in the 80's

Sat in the bath with them on to make them shrink to fit.

Much prefer "comfort fit"these days!

GA last night was good.

Feeling fine.
