I ve sank to the lowest depths I can and done unforgivable things to the people I hold dearest to me and going into rehab tomorrow is the last chance or I lose everyoneÂ

Most compulsive gamblers regret the hurt caused to others through our gambling and in many cases the behaviour it totally out of character. I believe that as we get further into recovery we can see things more clearly which enables us to change our behaviour and the way we think.
