It will be 3 weeks tomorrow since i joined and no bets. Not been interested at all. Thanks to the support from the better half. I do know days will come but in my mind if i keep myself busy and time occupied i can do this.

3 weeks and counting. It's about time tv company's advertised things other that betting sites, and also even though i would never use these ludicrous loan companies praying on vulnerable people.

First month done. Many to go. As it changed me, probably. Still think in betting terms when watching sports but hopefully that will stop.

6 weeks done. Been tough over xmas but managed it well. Been hard though as weather in Sheffield been terrible so lots of time in the house with not much to do. Hope everybody else going through the same has managed not to succumb to the temptation with so much sport on tv.
