awsome to see you doing so well! quick question do you still watch horse racing and or sports? I see someone gave you some advice earlier in your thread to avoid have you done this or are you able to watch as a spectator? I am very early into my recovery 11 days and have watched the festival all week so far without having a bet is this sustainable or not? any advice appreciated.

576 and counting. Do you ever stop being a gambler?? I see desperation in people's faces that shows who is in control. Gambling can't be fun it's an addiction. Hope everybody can beat it.
