Well done on making the decision to call them...it will help...as yor work...that's a tough call...is it a bookies ... ?. ..may sound selfish...but could you maybe think to yourself as you look at punters feeding machines.." you will regret that mate...bet you can't afford that spin...was that your rent money...does your wife know you are here...you will feel sick as poo when you have to walk away with no money....I wonder what your children would think if they can see you now "" not ideal i know but may help a bit ...you have to work and prob not the best time to consider a job change...so try to get something posative out of it...and if that means looking at punters playing and thinking all those things it may make you less likely to get urges....what a ramble...hope it makes sense...good luck x

Hey 1619 just been having a read through your diary and you are going very well....so well done.

Sounds like you have lots of things in place to stop you from being able to gamble and thats a great place to start. I have only been gamble free for 43 days but I remember how tough the early days were but stick in as believe me it will get easier in time. I find just coming in and reading through other peoples diaries has been a great help to me and when i see other relapse it makes mo more determined that it will not happen to me.

Any just thought i would say hello and wish you well.

Hope all goes well for you and I look forward to reading how you are going.

A great start to your journey I've enjoyed following your progress and look forward to it continuing.

I don't think I could work in the bookies but great you havd the blocks in place. So you shouldn't of been able to get s bet on that tip

You didn't just win today you have had 10 days of winning and spending time with your kids

Everyone slips up. I've lost count how many times I did. Luckily I'm strong now and won't go back. 44 days free. Don't beat yourself up, just get right back on track, the gamble free days will soon build up.
