Day 108 - hi all I am back from I'm holiday and happy to say I reached my target of 100 days without issue!! I am now after my next target of 140 days or 20 weeks. Not really thought too much about gambling tbh, and finding each day easier, but I know I have to stay on my guard still. Thanks for all the congrats this means a lot to me, and helps me deal with my addiction

Day 109 - went back to work today and is just is not fair, as I want to be on holiday still!! Staying away tonight in a hotel, normally this would consist of bookies all night or local casino. Now it's curry and bed watching the footy. Not even temtped to gamble currently, long may this continue. On reflection it's amazing how quick the 109 days have passed, before I know it I will have done 200 days and so on. I just hope I never falter again, I hate gambling and everything to do with it

Sleep well my virtual friends

Day 111 - still gamble free, just checked credit cards and loans and worked out I am now only £47000 in debt, so things are improving slowly! As long as I never gamble again, I will one day be debt free

Day 117 - lead in bed poorly, this giving me time to think about life, and all the money I have wasted. I may be £47000 in debt now, but I know I have spent the best part of £120,000 on gambling easy. I have remortgaged my house on numerous occasions as well, if I hadn't gambled I would be mortgage free by now. These are the reasons I can no longer gamble. Hopefully I will feel better later
