Day 310 - still gamble free and not tempted one little bit to go back. I am also finding myself talking about it more and more to the people around me, admitting I had a problem and saying I now don't gamble due to this, this is great therapy I find. So I now only owe £25K compared to £50K 310 days ago, all I have done is stop gambling to achieve this. Every time I get money I pay off my debts, it's as simple as that. I still go out etc, but I am not now blowing 1000's a week that I didn't have. You can all do the same, just you have to want to stop, no one can make you change apart from you. It's a great feeling not having the demon of gambling in your head. Keep going guys

Day 311 - another day closer to 1 year, can't wait!!
Day 312 - just realised I'm nearly at 45 weeks only 7 weeks till one year!!

Day 314 - thanks guys, I still need you all as your messages keep me going !! Nothing too report apart from tonight I can't stop looking at MBNA and barclaycard online, with both saying balance = £0!!! This is amazing to see
Day 316 - still can't stop looking at credit cards online, it's like I need to keep looking to make sure it's not a dream?!?! I now also have online access to my loans one with lloyds is £15,000 with about 40 months left the other is with tesco £10,000 with about 24 months left. I now focus on these, trying to get rid of the Tesco one before year end, this is possible but only if I don't gamble. Stay focused X
Day 317 - still 100% focused on never gambling again, I can achieve this. Night all
Day 318 - two weeks till payday and just worked out I should have about £590 leftover this month, Sothis will payoff a portion of my loan. It's so great to see my debts get smaller every month!! I am obsessed with it!! Sorry to keep mentioning it, but it feels so great. I am confident I can blast my tesco loan by Xmas, if I put every spare penny towards it.
Day 319 - thanks Emily, it is amazing what you can achieve when you focus!! Today has been hard as all my mates keep messaging each other about their bets at Cheltenham, one friend I know has a massive gambling issue and Today he has been betting £200 on a horse, he must owe thousands of £, as I know you can't sustain that level of money on gambling for long. He is always grumpy as well, which I guess is related, I just have to focus on my own issues though, not his!! Stay G free people
Day 320 - just had a massive row with happy (my wife!!) she asked me a question, I told her the answer, she asked again as didn't believe my answer, I told her again, she then goes mentle and she says my answer is not possible!!! I lost the plot and told her to do one, so fed up of her constant mood swings. She left for work before kids got up, came home after 6pm, was on her phone from the min she walked in, went out at 7 30pm to the pub and only just came back!! She leads the life, I'm guessing the wine (brave juice) is what is talking tonight, but it is not how a wife should treat her husband. Fed up is not the word!! One day I think I will have to walk away, it's just a matter when I think. Anyway enough of my love life, in other matters I have not gambled for 320 days! I have about £2000 coming in by mo the end, so this is going straight off my loans
Day 322 - still going strong, and today I managed to do a deal that means £4000 bonus!! I will get this next month, so including loans payment and then using this my tesco loan will down to £5000!!! This is less then I expected at this stage, so I am so happy!!
