1 year 53 days - really tired this week, it actually reminds me of when I would work away and stay in a hotel near a casino and not go to bed until 4am then work come home shattered! Now it's working too hard, which is a massive reason I can not gamble, as work is my new addiction I reckon!!

Life is going well currently, my debt is now down to £14,500 so in 13 months I have paid off £35,000 of debt, this is one hell of an achievement I hope you agree! I am trying my best to be debt free by Xmas, I am so focussed on this it's unreal

Brilliant acheivement Dave. Whats the focus going to be once the debt is clear? Always a dangerous time for gambling addicts.

Just read your diary there Dave, you're doing really well! The debt will be gone in no time but don't forget about the other aspects in your life also. Keep going!

Still going strong and enjoying life without the gambling pulling me down. Work is so good currently, I am earning more now then I ever have, this is helping to chip away the debt, I am aiming to be debt free by Jan 17, which is achievable. Keep going guys we can beat this demon
