Feel good but still worried...
Drowning in my thoughts what I actually I have done and how serious illness I have got...Proud of myself coz that many days without for me in the past was always impossible for me...
Can see how proud my family is and how hard work they doing to keep me going...to stop gambling....
Also GA helping me a lot and every week I'm looking forward to meet with others to share our success..happy to hear and proud how we all doing and thru how hard battle we all going...

Well done. I'm also at 21 days which is incredible for me to. Still think about putting a bet on. Just a tenner but then all the hard work and determination would have been for nothing. Here's to this time next week reaching a month.
