@Airbag wow good work. Any chance of telling us a little bit about you and your gambling?
Thanks
Chris.
Hi Chris
Thanks but I do no feel comfortable to share my story as yet. But I have reached day 60.
Airbag
No problem. It is anonymous as you can see by most usernames. There is nothing you can share that most on here haven't heard or experienced themselves and it is a forum without judgement. It's quite liberating to get your story out but that's your choice.
Chris.
Day 63 feeling loads better. I hope I reach 100
Day 72 and still going strong thanks to this message board
Day 74 another weekend done
Day ,88 didn't want to post again til 100. But here we are. Nervous and anxious good luck to you all.Â
Hi airbag, try posting more often helps keep you grounded and there nothing wrong about how you feel it's how you deal with it is the thing . I am guilty in the past of using gambling to deal with stress but I know different now, gambling adds to the stress, gambling is not the answer. Stay on the path you are on and in the long run your life will be happier and more fulfilling. 4months gamble free I'm happier calmer more stable than I have been in years I obviously still get times of upset/ stress but I'm trying to deal with things in a different way, I can say 100% that one bet/ spin of a slot would be disaster for me and that knowledge keeps me going forward. Try when you feel nervous anxious write a longer post putting things down in words helps especially when you read it back, also take 10 mins to read other people's posts remind yourself of the pain and suffering gambling causes renew your determination to lead a gamble free life. Above all 88 days is so good be pleased with yourself then keep going, that's what I'm doing day by day
Thank you Charlieboy
Well I made it! ? Days gamble free. I might not post much but reading lots of the board has really helped me. Thanks
Dear @airbag,
huge congratulations on your 100 days gamble free!Â
How are you feeling? How has your life changed in the last 100 days? Would be good if you could share for a bit of inspiration. But only if you want to of course.
Keep up the good work and keep us posted.

All the very best,
