@airbag Is there any possibility of knowing a little bit about your situation to put the 168 days into context? It's a great achievement but where did your story start, what gambling did you do, what have you done to help yourself and how has life changed in these past 5-6 months?
Chris.
Sorry Chris not ready to share my story, but using the board as a tool to help me. Thanks for showing an interest.
Hi Airbag,
Well done for fighting urges to gamble for the time frame.
I happen to have a few suggestions and empowered yourself in fighting the gambling urges.
Open a Monzo bank account, then create a pot that pays yourself £1 daily for not gambling. This acts as a visual tool and it keeps a track record of how many days of you been gamble free.Â
I hope this helps.
