You’ll have seen a lot of me around this week (too much, I hear you cry!)

Ive visited the chat both in the afternoon and evenings, and I’ve tried to give pearls of wisdom (if someone 150 days GF after 20 years of compulsive gambling can do such a thing) and hopefully it’s been helpful.

I thought I’d say thanks and I’ll explain why. This week has been week off for me as I work in education. In the past, these have been the most difficult weeks and even worse when the suns out and the beers are flowing. Don’t get me wrong, it is a huge privilege, but with free time comes opportunity.

Thanks to everyone whose kept me occupied whenever I’ve popped on, Which I guess is whenever I have a thought about gambling or the journey I’m on. I have no desire to gamble, but I’m also not going to allow complacency to creep in.

Im feeling ultra positive with the summer hols (5 or 6 weeks off) as the next hurdle. Sounds crazy doesn’t it, but it’s the bit I love... yet fear the most. The plan is to keep busy and I am away for a while with the family, but if i disappear for a while, it’s just cos I’m back to the grind stone.

Thanks for being here and keep up the great work.
