Not sure where to start married 2 years we have a baby on the way my husband started gambling badly in july he now has over 8000 debt he cant even pay car insurance i only get a small amount of money and i have to keep us going he begs and crys and promises that he wont do it hes sneaking off from work to go to play slot machines i dont know what to do i have a high risk pregnancy i also have trust issues due to him cheating on me i forgave him but its always in the back of my mind i love him but i really dont know what to do for the best im feeling so lost any advice would help

There is support available for you directly via GamCare treatment service for someone affected by another persons gambling you can call the helpline on 0808 802 0133 and speak with an Online Helpline Advisor that can take a referral from you.
Also the Money Guidance Scheme can help with organising your payments and a referral can be made via the Helpline Advisor. I have also included the link below to our Managing your money factsheet link.
Please speak with your G.P. or ante natal team about any health concerns which I am sure you are doing as part of your pregnancy care.
Your husband can also access 121 treatment separate to you via the Helpline Advisor if he is not already accessing support.
It may seem like there is no positive outcome but with support commitment to plans and determination positive change can happen.
