feeling as good as ever and so determined to not relapse, however the weekends are usually when i gamble most so i am going to keep thinking positively and keep myself busy. i need to be cautious and not weak.
Good for you mate! Be very proud.
Day 2 for me, struggling a bit, but happy I've managed not to search for free bets and instantly deleted these tempting emails.
This forum has kept me going since yesterday. Reading people's success stories and hoping I will be posting there.
Stay strong !
Well done both of you.
Keep reading the success stories, I found them very useful and I keep it to the forefront on my mind that I can emulate their success.

Every single comment really does help. Makes me more determined that I can do it!
So sorry,
Forgot to ask how your weekend was? You mentioned that was a hard time for you?
Time on your hands isn't easy, keeping busy seems to be the key!
Affected by gambling?
