6 weeks clean now. I can actually sleep at night not waking up at two in the morning or going to sleep thinking about losses. That tenseness in my shoulders has gone completely.
Gamstop has helped enormously. I have tried to create a new account to see what would happen and it flashes up telling me I can't open an account!! Made my day...
Things are slowly returning back to normal at home as my wife is less 'angry' with me.
I actually have money left in my bank account and I get paid tomorrow, haven't had that for years!!!
Six weeks ago when I started my journey I (after 30 years of online gambling and bookies) I never thought I would see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I know it is only six weeks but I feel like a new person......and I honestly believe I will never go back....the urge has gone, the cycle has been broken......we can all do it!!!!!!!!

Well done - i’ve got a block on my phone at last which has helped a lot and registered with gamstop. I am looking forward to seeing the next few weeks go by gamble free. I know like you its early days but you have you start somewhere otherwise the cycle will not be broken.
