I am trying to self exclude my self from as many online casinos as possible although it is really difficult given the number of them so not sure how effective this will be.
My question is would I have to self exclude from affiliated online casinos who are a part of the same group?
Are they required by law to keep you self excluded if they are an affiliate?
No there not by law I think just look up as many as u can join then exlude in spring there bring out where you can exlude them all
Hi PG
Make it a moment of pride and start self excluding from all the online sites you have been using and any others you can think of. Dont stress yourself over this and you do it at a pace which suits you. There is no shame in letting them know who you are and saying I want no more gambling in my life
I wouldnt worry too much about all of them because the main thing is your gadgets and computer must be blocked with someone else setting the password. What you are aiming for is a calmness and serenity to know that you are recovering and well blocked no matter how many of those sites there are. Eventually they will fade from your mind because you will have better things to do
The "what about the other sites" is natural thinking when the addiction has been strong and recent. If you have blocks on bank cards and computers it doesnt essentially matter how many sites there are.
Discuss it with friends and family. Are you likely to find more sites and try to break blocks? There is no shame in admitting to a gambling addiction
I hope you are now focusing daily that they only wanted your money and they were certainly getting it.
When you are fully ready to stop your blocks and monitoring will be so strong that it would be extremely hard if not impossible to gamble as you did in the past.
Being gamble free is a wonderful feeling of control
Best wishes from everyone on the forum

Hi Joydriver,
That is a really lovely reply and very grateful you made the effort to type that. Yes I asked my self what I want the most for 2018 and it is just to feel normal and calm again. Gambling has taken me to somewhere I hate so much and I really want 2017 to end. I had almost a 6 figure sum in my account and now I am 15k in debt so the merry go around has been especially brutal for me this year.
Affected by gambling?
