I went today to a bingo hall joined and only. Went in for the slot machines and lost 400 feel like cr**, I went and lost all this money feel very upset and keep on asking my self why why again and again, I just don't know why I do this, I have 2 boys which I love, what can I do.

Well done for finding your way here. You don't say whether you have a gambling problem or if this was a one off. Either way you will need to make sure it doesn't happen again. I would suggest you cancel your enrolment at the bingo hall and, if gambling is a serious problem already, get yourself excluded so you cannot re-join. Same goes for online sites and if online gambling is the problem put a PC block on.
They have a good counselling service on here which I believe may help with any urgent feelings you have at the moment.
