I've been gamble free for over a month with no urges or withdrawal symptoms, but last night I was dreaming I was playing slots in an arcade and on other machines. I woke up in a panic but than realised it was just a dream and I don't want to have these again. Maybe it was because I was using an app to help me stay free from gambling right before going to sleep. It was the first time I had used the app and have been ok for the 1 month with listening to Alan Carrs Easy Way To Stop Gambling. Could of been a trigger without realising, as your only supposed to use the 1 method when reading the book. His Method, I don't want to have conflicting methods so will keep to the book from now on.Â
